koreatown, los angeles the day after valentine's day was the scene for this latest quickie makeover. just a quick sort with major categories of how they needed their books to function in their lives and were were going. then we decided to organize some sections according to the color of their spines in the order of the color spectrum. (Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Violet...then Black and White)

with just two hours from start to finish...and two (and a half) people working through these three ikea billy bookshelves full of luscious books, we were able to create a functional and eye-catching home library for our busy young professional couple.
